Video: Crane lifts crane. Crane fails. Needs another crane

This is video of a Russian crane in Russia. It's lifting another crane (possibly Russian), then the (also possibly Russian) crane fails, sending the lifted crane into a big, smashy crane-sized hole.

The only solution we can fathom is to recruit another crane to lift the smashed crane, then mend the other broken crane.
