Here, stare at these new images of a V12 Lamborghini Diablo restomod
Eccentrica’s taking its ‘Pacchetto Titano’ to Italy. You’re welcome
There is nothing more to add to what we discovered last year: that Eccentrica Cars, makers of the glorious Diablo restomod you’re currently drooling over, has given its glorious Diablo restomod a track pack and sent it packing.
To Italy, and no less a destination than the splendour of Lake Como for the FuoriConcorso show during Como Car Week. So: big, hearty, remade Italian V12 with a cute little rear wing, hanging out in Italy on the banks of a glorious lake.
Time to stick on some soothing lake music and stare at these fresh images.
For those who missed it the first time around, said track pack – dubbed the ‘Pacchetto Titano’ – introduces a new, reprofiled carbon fibre rear wing said to generate a bit more downforce, along with stiffer springs, recalibrated adaptive dampers that “bring out the chassis’ wilder side”, and a remapped ECU.
Said ECU apparently doesn’t “chase headline horsepower figures” but adds a bit more urgency to the rev range. Elsewhere on the car you’ll find lightweight forged alloys, a new steering wheel, and a few more track-friendly mods like better brake cooling ducts and carbon fibre componentry.
“This example of Eccentrica V12 is equipped with an exposed carbon-fibre body,” it said. And your only job is to stare at it.
