The Mansory F9XX Tempesta Celeste is a 1,085bhp SF90 Spider
Hear a modified twin-turbo V8 and the laughs of your fellow motorists…
We always say that Mansory doesn’t really get the meaning of subtlety. But look – its latest car is grey! Maybe it’s learning?
Oh no, hang on. Apparently said car is a 1,000bhp+ iteration of the Ferrari SF90 Spider that looks like it has driven through a carbon fibre workshop at great speed, before reversing back into it again for good measure. Same old Mansory, then.
This thing is called the F9XX Tempesta Celeste, and just three will ever be built. Phew. We’re told that each one will feature a completely bespoke spec, and the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 has been fettled so that – when paired with the SF90’s three electric motors – total output is 1,085bhp and 723lb ft of torque.
Despite having a retractable roof it’ll hit a top speed of over 220mph, while the 0-62mph sprint takes just 2.4 seconds. That’s a tenth quicker than standard, fact fans. At least you’ll be able to outrun all the nasty comments from pedestrians about your life choices…
Anyway, the ‘styling’ includes a huge amount of forged carbon fibre with wings, flicks, spoilers, diffusers and a whole heap more stuck on to any panel that Mansory could find. The wheels are forged lightweight items that are 21-inches up front and 22-inches at the rear.
The interior is retrimmed with many animals' worth of leather (heck, there’s even leather floor mats) and Mansory fits its own strangely-shaped steering wheel too. Subtle, it is not.
