Race the Ferrari 812 Superfast around Dunsfold on Forza 7

Big Forza 7 fan? We’ve got good news. As part of Top Gear’s new car pack that launches today, there’s a special in-game ‘Rivals’ event that we suspect you will be interested in.

Principally because it’s a hot lap challenge, and the premise is thus: you take the Ferrari 812 Superfast – Maranello’s latest V12-engined nutjob – and compete on the full Top Gear test track to record your best time.

Players will compete to work their way up the leaderboard to see who really is the fastest around our track. It’s available to those who’ve purchased the car and/or the TG car pack.

Elsewhere in the new TG car pack, available from today, there’s plenty of variety in the cars on offer. There’s the McLaren 720S, that mad Ferrari, a nice classic Alfa Romeo Giulietta or Porsche 904 Carrera GTS.

To keep the digitised Stig happy, meanwhile, there’s a handful of proper track cars, in the shape of the KTM X-Bow GT4, Vuhl 05RR and the lightly mad V8-powered Exocet Sport XP-5.
